Located at the heart of the city of Lens near the train station, Solaris is a complex of office buildings, built as part of the Euralens urban development project. This development is also destined to accommodate 35,000 sq. m. of housing, offices and assisted living facilites built over a common base of shopping facilities along Jean Letienne street. Solaris is this project’s first office building and the flagship feature of this new neighbourhood. Designed by Nacarat, jointly developed with Carré Constructeur, Solaris was awarded the Business Property Award at the 2015 Pyramides d’Argent FPI Nord competition. The Pouchain company was responsible for the building’s electricity lot.
