Rabot Dutilleul Construction

Saint-So Bazaar aims to become a hybrid area in which creative, coworking and shared activities commingle. Rabot Dutilleul Construction is carrying out the structural works for this project, which aims to transform hall B of the Saint-Sauveur concerted development zone (ZAC). This 5,000 sq. m. development dedicated to activities in the creative, social and solidarity-based economy is being deployed in the last historic part of the former freight railway station.

In July 2019, an 800 sq. m. creative workshop will be partially open to the public, which will notably be used to produce the furniture, fixtures and fittings for the Saint-So Bazaar. The entire area will be opened to the public in early 2020, featuring an 800 sq. m. events venue with 300 sq. m. of extra space available outside, as well as a co-working space (2,300 sq. m.), mobile work spaces (245 sq. m.) available free of charge, a multipurpose living space and a laboratory dedicated to innovation.
