Developed by Nacarat in collaboration with Acapace, “Les Mille Roses” is a serviced residence for senior citizens built by Rabot Dutilleul Construction. It comprises 101 housing units ranging from one room (T1bis) to three rooms (T3) all overlooking a park. Designed for independent and semi-independent seniors who wish to benefit from a pleasant downtown living environment, the homes are comfortable and well adapted, featuring a range of on-demand services, access to various facilities and user-friendly communal spaces (living-room, library, spaces for relaxation, etc.) as well as the round-the-clock presence of a qualified team.
