Rabot Dutilleul Construction is the main player in the restoration of Halle Freyssinet, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. The conversion of this 18,000 sq. m. property requires the creation of 33,000 sq. m. of extra floor space. 2,400 work stations, 124 meeting rooms, a 357-seat underground auditorium, and four kitchens to provide 600 meals a day. A major project co-financed by Xavier Niel and the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, the “F Station” will accommodate over 1,000 innovative start-ups.
