COQUELETS APARTMENT BUILDING
Les Entreprises Louis De Waele have built a 5,200 sq. m. assisted living facility for the Orpéa company in Nivelles, Belgium. The residence comprises 41 flats on six levels (ground floor + five storeys) and an underground parking lot. Built on an embankment, the building is half-buried. Thanks to a kitchenette in each room, the residents can enjoy a greater degree of autonomy. In addition, the residence provides convivial common spaces such as a dining room, a living-room, a gymnasium... and a wooded park.
