A former military facility built by Vauban in 1680 and registered as a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Citadel of Arras has been entirely renovated by Rabot Dutilleul Construction and now features 91 housing units from studio flats to four-room duplexes, commercialised by the Histoire & Patrimoine property developer.
