Rabot Dutilleul Construction

BMW’s future new showcase in France is taking shape thanks to Rabot Dutilleul Construction, featuring two seven-storeyed buildings under construction, the first of which will accommodate 900 employees in premium office space from 2020, while the second will be a parking silo with 400 parking spaces. The project aims to qualify for BREEAM and excellent HQE certification. Moreover, it is very ambitious in terms of sustainable development from the very start of the construction phase by promoting re-use and recycling processes, limiting the consumption of materials and waste, enhancing biodiversity and raising the awareness of each player involved.
