Rabot Dutilleul Construction establishes iDéel, a subsidiary specialised in arranging property transactions

To support its growth and strengthen its offering, Rabot Dutilleul Construction has created a structure dedicated to arranging property transactions: iDéel.

With iDéel, Rabot Dutilleul Construction now offers diverse, innovative legal solutions that meet the needs of property owners or contracting authorities. iDéel will rely on the company’s know-how and its design-and-build teams.

Three strategic priorities will guide iDéel’s activities: off-plan or sales before completion transactions (VEFA), sales of buildings to be renovated (VIR) and Property Development Contracts (CPI); combined property transactions (mixing the conversion of heritage assets with the upgrading and diversification of plots of land); and providing private sector owners or contracting authorities with support for managing assets.

iDéel aims to offer a different approach to arranging property transactions by being closer to clients, more personalised and innovative, in line with the values promoted and proclaimed by the Rabot Dutilleul Group. Thanks to this new entity, Rabot Dutilleul Construction has completed its construction and renovation offering, both as a general contractor and as a negotiator of private deals. The official launch of iDéel is scheduled for the H’Expo event in Montpellier from 22nd to 24th September (stand Q13, Hall A2, Alley Q).
