In Quesnoy-sur-Deûle, Nacarat's "Ange Gardien" is labelled "a 2016 eco-neighbourhood"

In December 2016, Emmanuelle Cosse, the French Minister of Housing and Sustainable Development, awarded the "2016 Eco-neighbourhood" label to the "Ange Gardien" site located in Quesnoy-sur-Deûle. By 2018, this 11-hectare former industrial brownfield site developed by the Nacarat-Nexity consortium will comprise 33,063 sq. m. of housing and 20,000 sq. m. of space for shopping, business activities and public amenities. It will become a place that gives free expression to biodiversity, as decided by the municipality, whose members wish to preserve its uniqueness as "a town in the countryside".
