BIM : Rabot Dutilleul Construction will be building the extension to Henri Mondor hospital in Créteil

Rabot Dutilleul Construction has been selected by the Public Hospitals of Paris (APHP) to design and build an extension to Henri Mondor hospital in Créteil.

This technically very sophisticated project was awarded to Rabot Dutilleul Construction because it stood out from its competitors thanks to its expertise in the healthcare sector. The project will be designed and simulated using digital modelling as part of a BIM (Building Information Modelling) approach. Used right from the competition phase, BIM has allowed the feasibility of the project to be validated immediately thanks to fine 3D electronic modelling of the project’s architectural and technical features. During the site works phase, BIM will make for greater visibility and a better understanding of this highly technical project, as well as for precise monitoring of the project’s progress thanks to the use of 4D planning.
