Ninety-one detached houses built in the Lille Metropolitan area on the initiative of 10 developers as members of a special purpose vehicle (an Economic Interest Grouping) and an SCI (French non-trading property holding company). In this pilot project for high-density housing, former brownfield sites were reallocated to enable houses to be built in town.
