Development of a nursing home under a public-private partnership (PPP).
This arrangement includes financing, designing, building and maintaining a new 12,800 m2 complex designed to accommodate 240 residents. The second phase of the project will focus on enhancing the functional value of the existing site of Douai’s former residential home for the elderly.
