This project involves the construction of the shell and extended work on a lower secondary school to accommodate 600 pupils.

This High Environmental Quality building houses the day school, providing half-board for 450 meals a day, six staff accommodation units, an arts venue and a sports hall. The work also involved refurbishing a 19th century townhouse, which houses the school's administration department and teachers’ living area.
