2nd semester 2008

> Rabot Dutilleul Construction acquires Stefco, a company operating in the Paris region - 6 october 2008

The Group's construction division has grown in the Paris region and is integrating an organisation of 140 employees.

Based at Bondoufle (91), Stefco is a recognised player in the residential sector in the Paris region. Its expertise in the "main structure" area of housing complements the historical positioning of Rabot Dutilleul Construction in this region (achievements as a general contractor in offices, hotels, hospitals and teaching establishments).

Stefco, which has a turnover of €40 million and has 140 employees, is now chaired by Régis Pettier, with the help of Thierry Chikki, who is appointed managing director, and Renaud Braure, Operations Manager.

> The new Hospital at Douai inaugurated - 2 october 2008

After 3 years of an HEQ programme carried out under partnership, Rabot Dutilleul Construction has delivered a 540 bed hospital.

Last 26 September, in the presence of Ms. Roselyne Bachelot, the new hospital at Douai was inaugurated, as provided for under the 2007 hospital plan.

Designed by the architecture firm Brunet & Saunier, this Medical/Surgical/Obstetrics hospital is equipped with a full technical floor including a medical imaging service, laboratories, eleven operating theatres, a central sterilisation service and an emergency service of more than 4,000 m².

The immediate proximity of the old hospital, which is still in use, and the application of the High Environmental Quality (HEQ) approach required total control of the impact on the environment (reduction of noise nuisance, air processing, etc.) from all contributors to the worksite.

The intention for the building to have a harmonious relationship with its environment is also expressed through its architecture: covered by a "glass skin", the building reflects the variations in light, according to the climate and the time of day.

> The Rabot Dutilleul Group expands to Belgium - 27 august 2008

Rabot Dutilleul agrees to buy the Belgian MP Invest Group and its main component, Les Entreprises Louis De Waele.

Founded in 1866 by Louis De Waele, the Brussels-based company currently employs 380 staff and in 2008 will achieve sales of €150M. In its asset base it has many substantialprojects in the European capital throughout Belgium.

The MP Invest Group also includes Entreprises Simonis, a company specialising in renovating interiors of offices and shops.

Rabot Dutilleul Investissement, the Rabot Dutilleul Group's holding company, has just agreed about to buy 60 % of the shares in MP Invest Group. Ultimately, Rabot Dutilleul will own all shares in the MP Invest Group.

The managers of the two groups came together because they have mutual fundamental values: independance, ambition and respect for people.

Maurice de Montjoye and Pierre Cols continue to head the MP Invest Group. Antoine Rocco, who has spent the whole of his career in the Rabot Dutilleul Group, will be joining them, to form the new Managing board. Jacques Allemand, a member of the Rabot Dutilleul Group's Supervisory Board, becomes Chairman of the Board of Directors of MP Invest.

Through this acquisition, the Rabot Dutilleul Group achieves a strategic position in Europe and so takes its place on the Brussels market in the construction and property development sectors.
