Greeter's Club: the club that links rabot dutilleul with schools
Rabot Dutilleul is renewing its approach to strengthening ties with students.
For several years, Rabot Dutilleul has had a dynamic policy of developing relationships with schools to bring the student world closer to the world of work. In 2015, it renewed its approach by launching the Greeter’s Club, a group open to students and company staff. The goal: to introduce students to the types of jobs available in the construction and property-development sectors in the Paris region and in all regions in which the group operates, and to deal with any issues related to the recruitment of young graduates. Rabot Dutilleul is continuing to implement this policy with the second edition of the Greeter’s Club and the formation of new partnerships.
BUILDING BRIDGES BETWEEN STUDENTS AND THE CORPORATE WORLD
The word “greeter” is used to define a person who shares his or her travel tips with travellers and accompanies them throughout their stay. The Rabot Dutilleul group was inspired by this transmission of knowledge to create the Greeter’s Club. Open to group staff members and students in partner schools, this club aims to get students and staff to work in pairs as ambassadors of the company. After a short training course and equipped with an adequate communication kit, the twosomes intervene in their respective companies and schools to share their experiences. The goal for autumn 2016 was to form around 20 twosomes by the end of October. In addition to the Greeter’s Club, Rabot Dutilleul has undertaken many other actions to build privileged relationships with students, such as, for example, participating in career days, being present in the selection panels of prestigious schools or universities, joining in round-table discussions, getting staff to give lessons or sponsoring sporting events.
