To complement its new build/refurbishment offering, in July 2015 Rabot Dutilleul Construction set up an entity called iDéel dedicated to the legal and financial packaging of property transactions. This entity proposes a diversified range of innovative legal solutions that meet the needs of clients and owners. This avoids any financial risk relating to land carrying costs.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY. There is a growing trend towards intelligent, collective and collaborative “smart buildings” that reposition the internal or external user at the heart of the business. Rabot Dutilleul has followed this trend by thinking of the office as an open, shared and connected “work space”. The commercial property offering is no longer limited to buildings: from now on, it includes a component dedicated to the optimisation of the use of available space (evolving, scalable, co-working spaces or third places) as well as an offering of services that contribute to the day-to-day comfort of users.
MANAGED PROPERTY. The design of senior citizens’ homes, student halls of residence, housing blocks etc. is no longer limited to their housing function, but is based on a 360° view of their use incorporating comfort solutions for their inhabitants and featuring convivial spaces, access to shops, sports facilities, landscaped areas, urban agriculture, biodiversity, etc.

To help customers have a realistic idea of what their future apartment and residence will look like, innovative solutions have been thought up with the help of start-ups. Before buying a home, customers may sometimes be invited to go on a virtual visit of the building programme augmented by computer-generated sensory inputs or invited to fit out their future flat after their liking and desires. Such virtual visits are also used for office building programmes.
