Working and developing

Joining the Rabot Dutilleul Group means taking part in the ambitious development of one of the leading independent construction-development groups in France.

Having successfully doubled its activity between 2003 and 2007, Rabot Dutilleul is now planning to consolidate its presence in France and the European countries where the group is already firmly established, like in Poland and the Czech Republic, while being ready to develop into fresh territories. That means more than 350 staff joining us every year.

Aiming to maintain the culture of an independent company investing on the spot wherever it is located, the Rabot Dutilleul Group and its constituent companies operate on a human scale, with managers and staff working together on a day-to-day basis.

The Rabot Dutilleul Group accordingly bases its success on the shared values of team spirit, solidarity and commitment. It offers its staff real prospects for development in a variety of complementary trades, seeing through technical, innovative projects that respect the environment and contribute to improving the living environment of our fellow citizens.

To arrive at this result, human relationships lie at the heart of the Rabot Dutilleul strategy, based on concrete measures throughout our future collaboration:

  • recruitment taking account of individual diversity, based as much on the individual temperament of our staff, male and female, as on their skills;

  • a compensation policy offering the opportunity to participate in the Group's capital;

  • an integration trail for new arrivals designed to create linkages between the group's component parts;

  • mentoring of new arrivals by experienced old-timers so as to enable them to find their feet in the company during the first few months;

  • a particularly generous training policy in a « win-win » spirit between the staff and the company;

  • opportunities for internal mobility within each company and bridges existing between the Group's various areas of activity.
