Description

Coming under the responsibility of the Site manager, you will be responsible for managing the worksites allocated to you.

During the preparatory phase, using the technical data as a basis, you will define the methods and resources required to carry out construction projects while fully respecting deadlines, budgets and quality, safety and environment standards.

During the execution phase, you will be responsible for running the site at a technical, administrative and budgetary level through to the final completion of the work.

You will manage contacts and negotiations with the contracting authority, prime contractor and the various partners.

Profil

Training / Experience :
2-3 years post-secondary school studies in construction and civil engineering with experience
IUP civil engineering
Engineering degree with a construction and public works specialisation

Expertise :
Project management
Stress management
Knowledge of shell construction techniques
Administrative and budgetary management
Team leadership
