Description

You will set up and organize real estate operations.
You will prospect for and negotiate the purchase of building sites.
You will frame the whole plan from the administrative, financial, legal and commercial point of view :
- investigating project feasibility,
- seeking customers and partners,
- handling technical and architectural aspects,
- selecting participants.

During the operational phase, as delegate for the contracting authority, you will keep track of progress on site.

Profil

Training / Experience :
Engineering school
Advanced business school
4/5 years post-secondary studies in civil engineering
DUT Technology Diploma in civil engineering plus long experience

Expertise :
Commercial management
Project management
Ability to manage and groom a 4/5 man team
Good technical English
