Description

You will be responsible for technical analysis of calls for tender :
- you will determine, both in an overall and provisional manner, the technical procedures and organisational methods for drawing up a preliminary draft of the future operation,
- you will handle the pricing of projects and quantifying of variations.

You will take part in meetings with the the contracting authority, the prime contractor and the various partners.

In the execution phase, with the site engineer, you will steer consultation and be in charge of choosing sub-contractors, quantifying additional work and establishing working frameworks.

Profil

Training / Experience :
Engineering degree, Masters in Civil Engineering
2/3 years post -secondary school studies in Civil Engineering with experience and knowledge of the building sector

Expertise :
Project management
Technical computation
Resource planning (equipment, materials and labour) according to drawings
Familiarity with CAD (Autocad) and planning (MS project) software
Command of technical English
