A proactive organisation
To ensure consistency and create a dynamic between all its entities, Rabot Dutilleul has put in place in each company an effective and reproducible organisation featuring a General Management team supported by a Management Committee, a Commitments Committee and a Board of Directors.
In each entity, the Board of Directors includes professionals from other Group companies to foster fruitful exchanges and better compare experiences.
Cross-cutting exchanges to share and reflect together
"Rabot Club" meetings are organised to foster business exchanges between the Group’s various entities in the same geographical area.
The aim is to favour information-sharing, networking, exchanges of best practices and the emergence of new ideas to enhance skills.
