Founded in the city of Lille in 1920, the Rabot Dutilleul group has, in the course of time, developed a broad range of skills enabling it to design and complete any kind of real estate project.

The company’s know-how in property development, construction and building maintenance makes it a versatile player in its field, thus establishing it as one of the top ten French construction groups.
Present in most parts of France, Rabot Dutilleul also operates in Belgium, Poland and the Czech Republic, where it generates 30% of its sales.

Rabot Dutilleul is an independent group with a human face, which fosters values based on team-work among its 1,800 employees and the establishment of long-term relationships with its partners.
In addition to the responsibility it bears for the products and services provided, the Group has an ambitious social and environmental corporate responsibility policy, as expressed in the Imagine2014 corporate plan.
