Palm Promotion, Bati Conseil Immobilier and Sedaf, companies belonging to the Real Estate Development division, merge to create Nacarat.
Rabot Dutilleul Construction expands its operations in Picardie and acquires the company Demouy, located in Compiègne.
Jean-François Craye is appointed Chairman of the Group's Supervisory Board.
2008
The Rabot Dutilleul Group acquires Entreprises Louis De Waele and Simonis (construction and public works - Belgium).
The Systems, Energy and Maintenance division integrates GCE and its subsidiaries GEE and TIME.
Rabot Dutilleul Construction expands its operations in the Paris metropolitan area and acquires Stefco, located in Bandoufle.
2007
The Rabot Dutilleul Group acquires real estate developer Sedaf in partnership with Crédit Agricole Nord de France. The Group's Real Estate Development division is now owned 70% by Rabot Dutilleul Investissement (holding company) and 30% by Crédit Agriccole Nord de France.
Palm Promotion expands its operations in Brittany and acquires Foncière et Développement Ingénierie (Fedi).
2005
Patrick Bailloeul is appointed to the Rabot Dutilleul Group Management Board.

Public-Private Partnerships, a division of Rabot Dutilleul Partnerships, is created.

The Real Estate Development division expands nationwide and integrates the company Bati Conseil Immobilier, with offices in Paris and Lyon.

The Systems, Energy and Maintenance division is created and the company Sitex Maintenance is acquired.

The General Contractor division grows with the creation of MCG in partnership with the Financière Duval Group.

Rabot Dutilleul Construction expands its operations in France's northern coastal region and acquires the company Norlit Entreprises, located in Boulogne-sur-Mer.
