RD Ceska Republika, a subsidiary of the general contractor Gerim, is created in the Czech Republic.

The Rabot Dutilleul Group expands into Poland and creates the RD bud construction company.

Rabot Dutilleul is transferred to René Dutilleul's three successors and a group structure with 20% ownership by executives is set up.
The Management Board comprises Chairman Jean-François Dutilleul and Managing Directors Jean-Pierre Sternheim and Jean-François Craye.
