Corporate governance

Established in 1920 by Henri Rabot and Barthélémy Dutilleul, the Rabot Dutilleul Group has now become a major independent player in construction and real estate development in many regions of France and Europe by being actively involved in numerous links in the real estate and construction chain of activities. 80% owned by the Dutilleul family and 20% owned by its executives, the Group has adopted the status of a limited liability company with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board.

The Rabot Dutilleul Group consists of 15 companies, whose senior managers meet at monthly meetings of the Executive Committee, which is in charge of the strategic and operational management of the Group’s development.
