> Pyramide d’Argent and regional Grand Prix in Lille goes to Nacarat - 6 April 2010

The Carré d’Arcole housing development receives a double accolade in the “North Region” competition run by the French Federation of Property Developers (FPC)

Made up of representatives from local authorities and the business sector together with construction industry professionals, the jury of Pyramides d’Argent rewards the year’s the best housing and commercial property constructions in each of the regional chambers of the Fédération des Promoteur-Constructeurs (French Federation of Property Developers).

For the 2010 edition of the regional competition in Nord - Pas de Calais, the Carré d’Arcole housing development by the Nacarat Grand Lille agency, designed by Walter Chiani and Cédric Chappey, has won the Cetelem Prize for Building Design as well as the Regional Grand Prix.

Among the attractions of this THPE (Very High Energy Performance) residential unit in Lille-Wazemmes are its contemporary architecture which blends harmoniously with its environment, the quality of services available in its 64 apartments (20 of which are classed as social) and the interior garden which can be viewed from the public area.

On the 24th and 25th of June 2010, in Marseille, the Carré d’Arcole will be a candidate in the national Pyramides d'Or and Pyramides de Vermeil competition (in the Building Design category), an occasion coinciding with the 40th anniversary of the Congress of the Property Developers Federation.

Sitex has just launched its new website, whose five sections with text, videos and photos present the company and inform you of its expertise, brands, latest news and job offers.

The website also gives you access to a space called “Your Account” dedicated to real-time tracking of the progress of maintenance work. This extranet allows Sitex maintenance customers to keep track at all times of the progress of the delivery of Sitex services, thereby ensuring that their installations are fully serviced and efficiently managed.
