Description

You will assist in preparing building maintenance and operating contracts and help to carry out servicing and repair work. You will be engaged on the routine servicing of heating, air conditioning or electrical systems. You will be responsible for fault identification and carrying out repairs and adjustments. Your work will also involve a constant effort to provide customer satisfaction.

Profile

Education / Experience:
An engineering background with an advanced professional qualification in heating, air conditioning or electrical engineering, ideally one such as TMSEC (Energy and Air Conditioning Systems Technician).
You have at least 3 years experience in maintenance.
