Description

Your overall responsibility will be to see that property development projects are correctly executed from the drawing board to final completion, ensuring good coordination between internal services and external contractors.

Profile

Education / Experience:
With a Master’s degree in engineering or business and a sound grounding in the building sector, you possess at least 8 years experience in property development gained in projects within a similar environment (apartment buildings, detached houses and commercial property.)

Skills:
Knowledge of the property development and construction sectors (technical, legal and commercial aspects)
Able to work in project mode
Excellent computer skills (Autocad, MS Project)
Capacity to coordinate different types of work

Qualities:
Self-motivated
Able to take decisions and initiatives
Good presentation and analytical skills
Business flair
Team leadership
